   I have suffered from painful internal hemorrhoids. After trying many other products like all of the different Prep-H versions and a few others, I came to Amazon to read reviews and see what was working for others. I decided to try Mayinglong Musk.

   Wow. I agree with the other reviewers: I was a bit surprised after applying this product. It felt like an ice cube was down there. Very effective at providing relief. It didn’t completely take away the pain, but it went a long way towards that goal. It smells a bit like Blistex; not unpleasant at all. Best thing I have tried so far, no doubt about that. Great price, too. In summary I strongly recommend trying this product.

   Wow! This cream does the job!

   It has an unusual odor to it, but it does not bother me at all. Applies easily and immediately gives comfort! no joke!

   It comes with small inserts that can be used for internal application [please...only use it in the South Door]. I personally have not used it in that manner.

   the tubes are small but it only takes a little dab to do the job as far as surface application.

   I will buy it again if I ever get through the first four tubes.

   I like how it does not contain shark oil as some other products do. We really need to stop killing our planet’s life forms.

   First of all I want to say that this product in AMAZING! It did miracles for me. I was suffering from internal hemorrhoids. It was EXTREMELY painful to use the restroom! I did my research and after some trial and error I FINALLY got rid of them. I know that everybody is different but this is what worked for me. First, buy this product. Use it everytime that you take a shower morning and night. Secondly buy some Tucks Hemorrhoidal Pads WITH Witch Hazel (Very Important!) Must have witch Hazel. Wipe yourself with toilet paper first then use the pads to clean that area entirely. Look up Witch Hazel if you want to know what it does. Thirdly, buy Metamucil Sugar Free Psyllium Fiber. Instead of drinking plain water or soda. Drink Metamucil with water with everything. After about a week and a half I was able to use the restroom normally. Metamucil helped to soften my stool and regulate my bowel movements. Tucks helped relieve, sooth, and clean that area. And this product helped me to cool, sooth, and alleviate the internal hemorroids. I no longer have any pain and I can continue with my life. I can assure you that this product works. This is my first time posting something on Amazon about a product. I feel that I owe it to myself to tell others who suffer from internal hemorroids about my experience. I know that it can be very painful and sometimes you don’t know where to turn to. Please follow my advice and I wish everything goes well. Thanks and I hope this works for you!

   I got this for my father who has been suffering from internal hemorrhoids for a long period of time with problems of blood in stools as well. He told me that he was having difficulty even to walk around at times, and it was not only painful, but also itchy.

   I got him this along with Prep H wipe. After few weeks of use, he told me that he can walk now without pain, and the coolness feels nice. I don’t think this ointment actually helped him to get healed from the hemorrhoids, but only help to numb the area. BTW, he told me that the Prep H Wipe didn’t do much help at all, it was more like just a regular baby water wipe.

   Unbelievable how fast and how good this product works and it does work. The Chinese have it down and got it right. I tried everything and even thought of having the Hemorrhoids cut off. Now I’m not even considering it. I did buy the 4 pack in case I need them, but for now one tube over about a week period has taken care of my problem. No more pain !!!!

   I’ve had a serious problem with hemorrhoids — to the point of even having emergency surgery at one point — and I have NEVER found anything that helps as much as this stuff. It *instantly* soothes and relieves the pain, unlike anything else I’ve tried. It literally feels like putting an ice-cube on the affected area — immediately cools it down. Great stuff!!!

   Unlike Preparation H and similar over-the-counter creams sold in the US (which are way too weak and do nothing for me), this one actually does something. I have thrombosed hemorrhoids which produce some of the most severe pain imaginable. Even prescription-only American creams like Lidocaine HCl 3% are totally useless for me.

   This Chinese cream actually does help with the pain a little bit, not a whole lot, but it cools the swelling and there is some relief. It’s the first ointment I’ve tried that does something. As the previous poster said, it’s like applying an ice cube to the area, with some anti-swelling agents. Expect some immediate relief, though partial.

   Hemorrhoids, particularly thrombosed ones, are a serious matter that requires strong painkillers like Ibuprofen and Percoset (there’s not a lot that topical creams can do). But this particular cream can be used in conjunction, for maximum relief with the swelling. Recommended.

   I should begin by saying I had never had problems with hemorrhoids before, so I don’t have a litany of things I had tried over a long period of time. I called my doctor’s office and they recommended a doughnut cushion, Preparation-H sitz baths and plenty of fiber and liquids. I tried all that and experienced little relief.

   I saw good reviews for this cream and ordered some for next day delivery. IMMEDIATE relief. It was very cooling and soothing, very much like putting an ice cube on the area as other reviewers have noted. After using the cream for 4 days, my hemorrhoids were gone. I don’t know if this cream helped them go away, or whether all of my doctor’s prescibed actions finally took hold, but if I find myself in the unpleasant position of needing hemorrhoid assistance again, this cream will be the first thing I use.

   I agree with other reviewers – this stuff works and is better than any prescription type ointments or cremes (vitamin E in an open capsule or liquid form) is another good solution but may not be efficient enough for some).

    This is good stuff for the pain and swelling. It immediately cools the affected area, but for chronic sufferers it is no miracle like most of the products you have probably already tried. A great combination of products that work great with this one is a single layer 4*8 gauze pad (cheap), dipped in a saturated (crystals don’t fully dissolve) alum salt solution (cheap only 3.99 plus shipping), covered with petroleum jelly, and then topped with a small amount of this product. If you suffer from external hemmoroids, simply roll the treated gauze into an I shape and apply to the affected area. If internal tie one end in a single knot forming a T shape with the gauze and partially insert. Remove after 30min-2hours. The alum solution is an amazing astringent and relieves swelling twice as well as this product. Still the two in combination as described above synergize to form the ultimate treatment product. If you were like me you are likely to try anything, just purchase the above additional products for less than $15 and feel the difference.
