it works, but i have a bad acid reflux and these aren’t enough (i get heartburn few times a day). so if you get heartburn once a day or slightly less, these will work wonders. i have to have prescription reflux meds to take care of mine (double does of prilosec otc). but if your heartburn is half or third of mine, this should work fine.
