I’ve used this remedy to help me sleep better both when I’ve been having nightmares and when my mind is going so fast at bedtime that I can’t fall asleep. The first time I used it I’d been having such horrible nightmares that I was staying awake just to avoid them. A friend recommended coffea cruda. I tried it, and that night I slept peacefully. It was such a relief! I didn’t need to take it on an ongoing basis, either. Just one dose worked. I’ve recommended it to several friends since then, and of those who tried it, they all told me that it helped. Some said it was amazing, others didn’t go into detail. I definitely fall into the “it was amazing” category. It’s given me many peaceful nights!
